Basic Home Watch Services ( weekly visits) Fees:
Our competitive pricing is customized according to the size of your home and your personal needs.
Note: Prices vary depending on location and owner requirements, all rates confirmed before service is started
Concierge Services:
All concierge services are billed at $40.00 per hour, 1/2 hour minimum, these include accepting and monitoring in home deliveries,meet and wait on in home repair or service providers, grocery shopping (+ grocery bill)etc.
KEY-IN/OUT service $20.00..., meet service providers, meet and greet guests/renters
Alarm call out response: (less than 24 hour notice)Monday-Friday business hours: 8am-5pm - $30.00 -- After business hours/weekends - $50.00
Airport pick-up drop-off:
- Estero - $40.00
- Bonita Springs - $50.00
- Naples - $60.00
Car drive: $15.00/drive (gas-up,car wash.oil change,monitor trickle charge are quoted separately)
Storm/Hurricane Preparation: - $40 - $60/hr Move all lanai furniture,gas grill and other items indoors. Secure electric shutters/manual crank shutters (other miscellaneous items quoted separately) NOTE; WE DO NOT INSTALL MANUAL SHUTTERS
Cleaning,handyman,painting,landscape, services are quoted individually
Concierge charges are billed monthly after services are rendered. All parts, materials are additional (receipts will be provided)
