Basic home watch Services (single family home):
- 1 visit per month - $50.00 ( not recommended as too much can happen in 1 months time)
- 2 visits per month - $75.00
- 4 visits per month - $125.00
note: these are basic prices and we are happy to customize a package that fits your needs, condos/townhomes/ larger single family homes are priced individually.
Concierge Services:
All concierge services are billed at $40.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum, these include accepting and monitoring in home deliveries,meet and wait on in home repair or service providers, grocery shopping (+ grocery bill)etc.
KEY-IN service $30.00..., meet service providers, meet and greet guests/renters
emergency visit - $30.00 (less than 24 hrs notice)
Alarm call out response: Monday-Friday business hours: 8am-5pm - $30.00 -- After business hours - $50.00
Airport pick-up drop-off:
- Estero - $30.00
- Bonita Springs - $40.00
- Naples - $50.00
Car drive: $25.00/drive (gas-up,car wash.oil change,monitor trickle charge are quoted separately)
Storm/Hurricane Preparation: $from $60.00 to $150.00 - ensure all lanai furniture,gas grill and other items that may cause damage are secured. secure electric shutters (other shutters are quoted separately)
Cleaning,handyman,painting,landscape, services are quoted individually
Concierge charges are billed monthly after services are rendered. All parts, materials are additional (receipts will be provided)
